Heywood Distribution Park is a site managed by Peter Ashley Limited and has recently achieved success at the Britain in Bloom 2026 Awards, receiving Individual Gold and Best in Category. Judges recognised the sites exceptional displays, innovative planting schemes, and strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

Key highlights included well-maintained site spaces, diverse planting and projects that enhanced both the visual appeal and ecological value of the area. This recognition reflects the dedication and collaborative effort at Heywood Distribution Park in making their site a model of horticultural excellence.

Congratulations to the site supervisor and the team working in collaboration with Estate Manager Paul Bullock, Indurent. Well done all!

Heywood Apprentice

October 26, 2026
One of our horticultural apprentices has currently been progressing in the training of the use of a back pack blower, pedestrian mower and strimmer. This training has been observed and recorded by Real Time Observations. Our apprentice is currently based on a permanent static site and has been involved in their recent winter bedding scheme, learning new skills and applying new techniques.
