We also have seven full time, permanent employees across three large sites which consist of three supervisors and four operatives and in addition to this we have further employees, including the mobile teams who cover sites across the region.

Annual Cost for Planned Services:

Approximately £500,000 per annum plus reactive and additional works.

 

Scope of Services Delivered:

All aspects of commercial and industrial grounds maintenance services, landscaping, litter picking, emergency 24 hour call out services, tree surgery and surveys, fly tipping removal, drainage servicing and small civil works, external painting, installation of street furniture, jet washing and graffiti removal.

Teams are mobilised for ad-hoc landscaping and short notice emergency (reactive) external cleaning services on request.

Annual Cost for Planned Services:

Approximately £300,000 per annum plus reactive and additional works

 

Services Delivered:

Commercial and industrial grounds maintenance services include the following: all aspects of grounds maintenance as well as external estate cleaning, litter control and waste disposal services. The nature of works includes cut and collection of all grassed areas, strimming, hedge cutting, weed control, shrub pruning and tree surgery. Ad hoc hard and soft landscaping projects are carried out on request throughout the year from one week to six months duration at the request of the client.

 

Winter management services include the following: out of hours proactive gritting is carried out against Met Office OpenSite predictions when the temperature falls to 0 degrees or below to avoid disruption. In extreme conditions multiple gritting visits can be actioned within a 24-hour period. Emergency snow clearance is carried out at the clients request and as a regional provider Peter Ashley Ltd have the capacity to mobilise at short notice to react to adverse weather conditions and can be requested on an hourly basis.
