Mental Health Awareness
We manage an occupational health and safety management system in line with ISO 45001:2018. We operate an open-door policy in respect of mental health issues and conduct toolbox talks on this subject, identifying the signs of mental health problems in others.
Our contract manager, Myles Lomas, is trained in the following mental health awareness in the workplace:
