The contract management team have a combined industry experience of over ninety years. Their knowledge and understanding of technical support and advice is invaluable to customers, especially when ad-hoc and reactive works are required. This combined expertise contributes to smooth contract mobilisation and seamless field operations. Our contract management team consist of the following personnel:

Administration Team

The administration and contracts team have the capability to manage all aspects of large accounts and specialist customer areas. Industry accreditations ensure that procedures are in place to monitor and control all works and guarantee that standards continue to be achieved alongside contract growth. Our fully integrated IT management system supports all internal and external databases and communication requirements.

Customer Focused Service

Our account management team are highly experienced within the customer service field. Their roles are core to business operations, communication and customer service. Throughout the whole company, effective team work is vital to deliver a customer focused, service. Our service delivery process demonstrates the seven key stages and components included to deliver our end service to the customer. Communication between all operatives, supervisors, senior management and the central office takes place a minimum of twice a day, from contract mobilisation and throughout the contract period. This includes telephone, email, text, reporting (PACE), on site meetings and also involves toolbox talks, briefings and training. Regular consultation with site facility managers also ensures the smooth operating of contracts.


Designated Service Teams

Our reputation is paramount to continued business success and the customer and site user experience, provided by frontline staff is key to sustaining this. From the initial impression of our staff, their attitudes, uniform and vehicle presentation, through to the telephone and general communication manner of our administration team, we promote a professional and proactive approach.


Each contract/site has a designated team who have real time access (PACE) to all health, safety (RAMS & COSHH), specification, quality documents and will produce reports upon each visit. The same team will visit the property or site to ensure consistently high levels of service are delivered all year round. Grounds maintenance schedules and reactive job specifications are issued to our field team’s tablets, electronically via our bespoke digital solutions system (PACE).

 

As part of our operational methodology, supervisors are proactive and pragmatic in their approach and many have worked for the company long term, some for a number of decades. As a result, facility/site managers are promptly made aware of any site issues, with the teams offering a resolution on the same visit, wherever possible.
