Soft Landscaping Maintenance
Our soft landscape maintenance services can include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance of lawns, playing fields, recreation grounds and open spaces
- Pruning of trees, hedges, shrubs and herbaceous plants with seasonal leaf fall
- Weed and moss control with pesticide application
- Care of raised beds, flora, shrubbery and interior and exterior courtyards/areas

- Litter control and debris management

Pest Control Services
We provide a bespoke, specialist, pest control service consisting of:
- A planned number of inspection visits per annum
- Pest cover against rats and mice
- Location plan of bait boxes along with providing pest activity checklists
- Servicing of external bait boxes
- Emergency call-outs
Mechanical and Electrical Services
Peter Ashley carry out contract and re-active M&E services such as:
- Lighting inspections
- Boundary fencing and gate inspection
- Fire extinguisher inspections
- PAT Certification
- Bollard, gate, fence and barrier maintenance
- Meter readings and building inspections (void units)
